1. Return Eligibility

● The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and tags intact.
● Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
● Certain items such as final sale items, custom-made products, and intimate apparel (e.g., swimsuits, undergarments) jewelry, make up, lotions, art are not eligible for returns.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label.
3. Ship the item back to the address provided within 7 days of receiving the return authorization.
Please note: For orders fulfilled by third party partners, the return address may be different from our standard return address, as third party partners handle the logistics for certain items.
3. Refund Process
● Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
● If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
● Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Please note: Refunds for orders fulfilled by Third-party partners may take longer to process due to third-party handling times. We will keep you updated throughout the return process.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.
