Chapter 1 - Discover Your Passion and Purpose

  • Describe  a time in your life when you truly embodied both passion and purpose? What made that period so fulfilling? If you’ve never experienced this, describe what you imagine it would feel like. 
  • Consider an area of your life where  you compromised your passion or purpose out of necessity. Describe a possible situation where you could revisit  this passion free from any compromise.

Chapter 2 - Dreamers, Planners and Manifestors

  • Most people see themselves clearly as either a dreamer or a planner. What are the specific skills you most want to develop to give yourself the power to be a manifestor?
  • For the goal you want to tackle next in your life, do you think it’s best to develop the skills you lack or enroll a team member, either through a partnership or by hiring them?

Chapter 3 - The MANIFESTOR Rubric

  • Work your goal through each of the steps of the M-A-N-I-F-E-S-T-O-R rubric. Explain how your goal will keep you Mindful, Authentic, have a North Star, be Introspective, Focused, Engaged, Self-aware, Thankful, Observant and Resilient.
  • Which of these checks on your goal will take the most effort?

Chapter 4 - The Manifestor Mindset

  • Describe your personal goal to the group. Then describe your most obstructive limiting beliefs. Then reframe it as a positive and self affirming statement.
  • Reflect on the various exercises you did to elevate your mindset by changing your physiology. These include the 4-7-8 breathing exercise, the smile exercise, and the belly laugh exercise. Which of these had the greatest impact to shift and elevate your mindset and why do you think it is so effective?

Chapter 5 - Meditation and Mantras

  • How do you know when you’re truly listening to yourself versus following external expectations? What signals or feelings guide you?
  • When do you use your personal mantra, and how does it support you? Have you noticed a shift in your thoughts or energy?

Chapter 6- Journal Your Way to the Manifestor Effect

  • In what ways did the journaling practice help you focus on your goals?
  • In what ways do you feel that journaling helps you connect with your authentic self?


Chapter 7 - The Manifestor Group

  1. In what ways did working with the group make you more motivated and accountable?

  2. Describe the ways you experienced the collective energy of the group supporting your process?

Chapter 8 - Exercise and the Manifestor Effect

  1. Of the exercise techniques in the book, which one resonated most deeply with you?Was the Intention and Release Technique or  the Flow Zone Technique more powerful for you? Why do you think that was? 

  2. One of the goals of these exercises is the ability to cultivate greater body awareness. Discuss how you were able to apply this newfound skill to your manifestor goals and your life more broadly.

Chapter 9 - Visualization and the Power of the Perfect Day

  1. What was your biggest insight from designing your Perfect Day? Did anything unexpected emerge?

  2. What were the consistent themes that kept coming up over the course of your Perfect Day? Did those themes offer insights into your authentic goals?

Chapter 10 - Crafting Your Vision

  1. As you created a vision board, what patterns or themes stood out? Did anything surprise you about what you were drawn to?

  2. Discuss how your vision board aligned with other activities we’ve done in this program. Did it visually correspond with your mantra and was  it consistent with what you outlined in your Perfect Day or did it serve as an additional evolution of your authentic goal? 

Chapter 11 - Self-Care: Glowing From Within

  • How has your community played a role in your self care? What could you do to foster a more supportive community?
  • If there was one thing that you could change or add to your self-care routine, what would that be and why do you believe it is so essential?

Chapter 12: Putting It All Together: Creating Your Manifestor Action Plan

  • At the end of the book, you were asked to choose one big goal to fully commit to manifesting—aligning, organizing, and planning backward to make it real. What goal did you choose, and why?
  • Throughout this book you engaged in a wide variety of techniques all designed to keep you focused on your goal. Describe which techniques were most effective for you and  the most meaningful and lasting results that you got from this program.
